Peter Andre chicken burger with gherkins and slaw recipe on This Morning

Peter Andre served up a tasty and healthy chicken burger with gherkins and slaw on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 300g boneless, skinless chicken breasts (try get 2 breast portions roughly the same size), ½ tbsp plain flour , 2 tsp Cajun seasoning , 1 medium egg, 45g panko breadcrumbs and 1 tsp olive oil.

For the coleslaw: 1 small carrot, peeled and grated, 40g red cabbage, grated, ½ red onion, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp natural yoghurt, 2 tsp mayonnaise , ½ tsp American mustard, Pinch of salt and Pinch of ground black pepper.

To serve: 2 brioche burger buns, split in half and 2 pickled gherkins, drained and sliced.
