James Martin Coffee Cake with Honey Liqueur recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious Coffee Cake with Honey Liqueur on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 250g butter, 250g caster sugar, 250g self-raising flour, 5 eggs and 2 tbsp espresso coffee.

For the icing: 100g caster sugar and 50ml honey liqueur.

To fill: 500ml double cream and 25ml honey liqueur.
