Omari McQueen served up tasty vegetable fritters on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 400g plain flour , 1 tbsp baking powder , 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp ground black pepper , 1 tsp paprika , 1 tsp dried parsley , 1 onion, diced , 1 scotch bonnet, diced (If you like things a bit less spicy, use less of this chilli. Don’t use the seeds or the pith if you don’t like spice) , ½ red pepper, diced , ½ green pepper, diced , ½ yellow pepper, diced , 2 spring onions, finely sliced , 500ml cold water and vegetable oil, to fry.
