Si and Dave’s caraway and lemon shortbread recipe on The Hairy Bikers Go Local

Simon King and Dave Myers served up delicious caraway and lemon shortbread on The Hairy Bikers Go Local.

The ingredients are: 250g plain flour, 75g ground rice or fine semolina, 200g butter, softened, 100g caster sugar, plus 2 tbsp for sprinkling, 1½ tsp caraway seeds, lightly crushed, 1 lemon, grated zest only and salt.
