Simon Rimmer bircher muesli with yoghurt and coconut milk recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty bircher muesli with yoghurt and coconut milk on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 100g rolled oats, 50ml apple juice (good quality pressed), 70ml milk, 50ml coconut milk, 80g Greek yoghurt, Tsp vanilla, 1 apple, grated, 30g golden sultanas, 25ml maple syrup, Zest half an orange and 50g lightly crushed pistachios.

Icing sugar, cinnamon and toasted flaked almonds to garnish
