James Martin pan fried sea bass with mustard sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty pan fried sea bass with mustard sauce and red cabbage on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g sea bass portions, Splash of veg oil and Knob of butter.

For the sauce: 25g butter, 250ml milk from above, 1 tbs plain flour, 50ml white wine, 1 tbs grain mustard, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, few chives chopped and Squeeze of lemon.

To serve: red cabbage.
