Theo Michaels served up a tasty sea bass with noodles cooked in a microwave on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 120g dried egg noodles, 1 whole pak choi, stalk removed, leaves separated, 6 button mushrooms or shitake mushrooms, sliced, 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed, 2 inches ginger, peeled and grated, 1 red chilli, chopped, include the seeds for more heat, 1tbsp dark soy, 1tbsp light soy, 1tbsp honey, 1tsp cider vinegar, 2tbsp sesame oil, Pinch of salt and 2 seabass fillets.
