Giuseppe Dell’Anno raspberry panna cotta recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Bake Off winner Giuseppe Dell’Anno, served up a delicious raspberry panna cotta on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 4 leaves platinum grade gelatine, 500g whipping cream, 80g caster sugar + 1 tbsp for the fruit puree, 1tsp vanilla bean paste, 250g fresh raspberries + 6 whole raspberries for decoration, washed and drained and 6 fresh mint leaves/shoots for decoration.
