Nadiya Hussain breakfast pizza with tomato ketchup, beans, mushrooms, sausages and eggs recipe on Nadiya’s Everyday Baking

Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty breakfast pizza with English breakfast topping (tomato ketchup, beans, mushrooms, sausages and eggs) on Nadiya’s Everyday Baking.

The ingredients for the dough are: 400g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting, 7g fast-action dried yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp caster sugar and 2 tbsp vegetable oil, plus extra for greasing.

For the topping: 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, 4 tbsp brown sauce, 8 tbsp baked beans, 100g ready-grated mozzarella, small handful of mushrooms, sliced, 4 cooked sausages, sliced, crispy fried onions and 2 free-range eggs.
