Briony Williams Mediterranean spinach pie (Spanakopita) recipe on Lorraine

Briony Williams served up a tasty Mediterranean spinach pie (Greek Spanakopita pie) with puff pastry on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 1 pack filo pastry (250-300g), 2 red onions, diced, 2 cloves garlic, diced, 450g fresh spinach, chopped, 2 eggs, 100g cream cheese, 150g feta, crumbled and 50g butter/spread, melted.
