Michela Chiappa Italian Summer salad (Tuscan Panzanella) recipe on This Morning

Michela Chiappa served up a tasty Italian Summer salad (Tuscan Panzanella) using leftovers on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g stale loaf of bread, 600g mixture ripe red & yellow tomatoes or yellow pepper, 50ml red wine vinegar, 1 medium red onion, peeled and very finely sliced, 1 handful small capers, drained approx 50g, 1 handful fresh parsley leaves roughly chopped, 6 anchovy fillets in oil, drained and finely sliced (optional), 1 garlic clove, crushed , 1 tsp sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, 80ml extra virgin olive oil and 1 handful fresh basil leaves roughly chopped.
