Jeremy Pang duck spring rolls recipe on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen

Jeremy Pang served up tasty duck spring rolls on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.

The ingredients include: 2 duck breast blanched in boiling water for 2 minutes, Chinese 5 spice, black pepper, sea salt and spring roll pastry.

For the sauce: 1 tsp chilli bean sauce, 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, spring onions, sesame oil and soy sauce.
