Phil Vickery served up a delicious frozen dessert – blackcurrant meringue ice cream on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 450g frozen black forest fruits, defrosted, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 4 medium egg whites at room temperature, pinch cream of tartar, 175g castor sugar, unrefined if possible, 2 tsp vanilla extract and 250mls double cream.
