Simon Rimmer served up a tasty spiced beef tartare with cucumber on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted, 1 tbsp pine nuts, toasted, 500g fillet steak, finely chopped and 4 egg yolks.
For the dressing: 70ml light soy, 2tbsp apple juice, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 clove grated garlic, Half tsp sugar and 1 very finely chopped chilli.
To garnish: Half pear, 2 spring onions, half cucumber, all finely diced.
