Gok Wan BBQ pork with bao buns and Asian slaw recipe on This Morning

Gok Wan served up tasty BBQ pork with bao buns and Asian slaw on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 tbsp hoisin sauce, from a tin, 2 tbsp yellow bean sauce (optional), 1-2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped, 1cm piece ginger, peeled and cut into matchsticks, 1 star anise, 4 tsp caster sugar, 1 tbsp tomato puree, ¼ tsp Chinese five spice powder, 2 tbsp honey, plus a little extra for drizzling, 1 pork loin fillet, about 450g, 1 large carrot, julienne, ¼ red cabbage, finely sliced, ½ white onion, finely sliced, 1 tsp wasabi paste, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp black sesame seeds, Juice of 1 lime, ½ tsp vegetable stock powder and 8 bao buns.
