Raymond Blanc served up delicious rhubarb and homemade ricotta with honey and pink grapefruit on Simply Raymond Blanc.
The ingredients include: fresh rhubarb, 30g sugar, ginger and water.
For the ricotta style cheese: milk, salt and white vinegar.
To serve: pink grapefruit, honey and mint.
