The ingredients are: 400g rigatoni, 1 litre full-fat milk, 50g unsalted butter, 50g plain flour, 1 tsp yellow mustard, 120g Red Leicester, grated, 100g cheddar, grated, 100g mozzarella, grated, dash hot sauce, pinch ground black pepper and pinch ground white pepper.
