James Martin served up tasty pesto crusted plaice on the Bone with Parmesan cheese, lemon and watercress recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 large bunch of basil, 2 cloves garlic crushed, 50g Parmesan Cheese, 12 thick slices of bread, 1 large bunch of parsley, 50g full fat cream cheese, 1 lemon juice and zest, 1 large plaice, 25ml olive oil and 50g butter.

To serve: lemon wedges and watercress.
