Simon Rimmer harissa carrots with chickpeas and sesame seeds recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tatsy harissa carrots with chickpeas, sesame seeds and yoghurt on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 500g small carrots, 75g harissa paste, 1 Tbs oil, Tinned chickpeas, drained and rinsed, 1 Tbs smoked paprika, Oil to fry, 30g chopped parsley, 1 Tbs sesame seeds and Juice half lemon.
