James Martin served up delicious chocolate mousse with raspberry sorbet and almond praline on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 100g dark chocolate, 150 ml double cream and 1 tbs olive oil.

To finish: Raspberry sorbet, Mint leaves, Raspberry puree and A few fresh raspberries.

For the hazelnut praline: 100g almonds and 100g sugar.
