Simon Rimmer chocolate and prune tart recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious chocolate and prune tart with figs on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 175g plain flour, 50g cocoa, 100g butter, 50g icing sugar, 50ml water, 400ml double cream, 400g choccy, 40g butter, 50g sugar, dash vanilla and 100g chopped prunes.

Serve with whipped mascarpone: 200g mascarpone, 150ml Double cream and 1 tbsp Icing sugar.
