Ainsley Harriott turkey biryani recipe on Ainsley’s Christmas Good Mood Food

Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty turkey biryani with spiced roast potatoes and a coriander and mint yoghurt for the festive season on Ainsley’s Christmas Good Mood Food.

The ingredients for the potatoes include: olive oil, garlic, mustard seeds, nigella seeds, cumin, turmeric, leftover roast potatoes and sprouts.

For the biryani: slow cooked onions, natural yoghurt, curry paste, olive oil, leftover roast turkey, ginger, turmeric, garlic, water, lemon juice , saffron, chopped fresh mint, coriander and pre-cooked rice.
