Mary Berry showed Jack to make a tasty smoked salmon and watercress pate starter on Mary Berry’s Festive Feasts.
The ingredients include: fresh dill, 350g smoked salmon and small bunch watercress.
For the filling: smoked salmon, 180g full fat cream cheese, 2tsp hot horseradish, tsp lemon juice, 100g soft butter and 150g cooked fresh salmon.
