Gok Wan served up tasty dragon oil with baked bok choy and steamed sea bass on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian Christmas.
The ingredients for the dragon oil are: 150ml vegetable oil, drizzle sesame oil, Small splash fish sauce, Drizzle light soy sauce, Red chilli, finely sliced, Pinch sliced spring onion and 3 pieces of finely sliced garlic.
