Lisa Faulkner salted chocolate truffles recipe on John and Lisa’s Christmas Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up delicious salted chocolate truffles for the festive season on John and Lisa’s Christmas Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 200g dark chocolate (or dark chocolate chips), 200ml double cream, 25g butter and Two pinches of sea salt.

Rolling suggestions: Cocoa powder, Desiccated coconut, Chopped pistachios and Freeze dried raspberry pieces.
