Mary Berry served up a tasty sausage spinach filo swirl with spinach and leeks on Love To Cook.
The ingredients are: A knob of butter, 1 small leek, finely chopped, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 150g baby spinach, 6 of your favourite pork sausages (500g total weight), 4 sheets of filo pastry (each sheet 25 × 45cm), 50g butter, melted and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
