Gregory Porter curried salmon with mango and mint salad recipe on This Morning

Gregory Porter served up a tasty curried salmon fillet with mango and mint salad/coleslaw for his kitchen debut on This Morning.

The ingredients are: Approximately 500g center cut fillet of salmon, skin on , 1 tsp mild to medium curry powder and 4 garlic cloves, minced.

For the sauce: 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp curry powder, 100ml coconut milk and Juice of 1 lime.

For the slaw: 125g thinly sliced red cabbage, Half a red pepper, diced, 80g pomegranate seeds, 80g grated carrots , 200g cherry tomatoes, sliced in half , Half a ripe mango diced into small cubes, Small bunch fresh mint, finely sliced, Small bunch fresh flat leaf parsley, finely sliced and 30ml wild rocket, add at the end.

For the dressing: 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, Juice of one lime, Olive oil, Salt and Pepper.
