Mary Berry served up a delicious Victoria sponge sandwich with strawberry jam and whipped cream on Love To Cook.
The ingredients are: 225g baking spread, straight from the fridge, plus extra for greasing, 225g caster sugar, 4 eggs, 225g self-raising flour and 1 level tsp baking powder.
For the filling and topping: ½ × 370g jar strawberry jam, 300ml pouring double cream, whipped and a little caster sugar, to sprinkle.

Shame there was no indication as to size if tin or temperature. I prefer not to guess particularly when ingredients seem mot to be standard.
