Jamie Oliver served up tasty roasted rosemary rump steak with red onions, potatoes and watercress sauce on Jamie Oliver: Together.
The ingredients for the steak are: 1.5 kg piece of higher-welfare thick rump steak, 1 bunch of rosemary , (20g), 2 knobs of unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
For the onions: 5 red onions, 1 knob of unsalted butter, olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic, ½ a bunch of thyme , (10g), 1 tablespoon of runny honey and 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
For the potatoes: 1 bunch of sage , (20g), 1 ½ lemons, olive oil, 1 bulb of garlic and 1.5 kg potatoes.
For the watercress sauce: 85 g of watercress, 10 small silverskin pickled onions, 1 tablespoon of baby capers in brine, 2 teaspoons of English mustard, 8 anchovy fillets in oil , from sustainable sources, 2 thick slices of white bread , (100g total) and extra virgin olive oil.
