Simon Rimmer served up a delicious beef and onion rogan josh tray bake on Sunday Brunch.
Ingredients: 3 sliced onions, 3 cloves garlic, 1 green chilli, 2 x 500/600g feather blade beef, 350g rogan josh paste, Tin drained, washed chickpeas, 600g baby potatoes and Approx. 750ml beef stock.
To serve: plain basmati rice, yoghurt, mint, coriander and chopped tomatoes, naan.
