John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty prawn fideua with lobster sauce on John and Lisa’s Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 300g vermicelli pasta, 50ml vegetable oil , 2 shallots, peeled and sliced , Salt and pepper, 250g cherry tomatoes, halved, 2 tsp smoked paprika, Handful of coriander, chopped (optional), 200ml tinned lobster bisque , 200ml water, 300g peeled and deveined raw tiger prawns (make sure to keep the shells if they have them) and Splash of white wine.
Prawn oil alternative ingredients: Shells of 300g tiger prawns and 50ml vegetable oil.
