John Torode t-bone steak with Lisa Faulkner’s chimichurri sauce recipe on John and Lisa Weekend Kitchen

John Torode served up a tasty t-bone steak with Lisa Faulkner’s chimichurri sauce and truffle crisps on John and Lisa Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 1 thick-cut T-bone steak, 1-1.2kg, 30ml vegetable oil, Salt and pepper.

For Lisa’s chimichurri herby sauce: 1 banana shallot, peeled and roughly chopped, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and bashed, Handful of coriander, Handful of flat leaf parsley, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 chopped green jalapenos pepper (can be fresh or from a jar), 50ml white wine vinegar, 30ml olive oil (approx), Salt and pepper to taste.

To serve: 1 large bag truffle crisps.
