Ruby Bhogal served up scary smoked haddock and creepy chowder for Halloween on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 25g Unsalted Butter, Splash of Olive Oil, 175g Smoked Bacon Lardons, 1 Leek, sliced, 2 Garlic Cloves, minced/grated, 3 sprigs Fresh Thyme, 2 x Corn on the Cob, 250g New Potatoes, chopped into chunks, 250g Smoked Haddock Fillets, 200g Cod Fillets, 220ml Full Fat Milk, 800ml Chicken Stock, 3 Bay Leaf, Handful Fresh Parsley, chopped and Pinch of Pepper.
