Jamie Oliver mango fro-yo with lime, chocolate, pistachios and natural yoghurt recipe

Jamie served up a delicious mango fro-yo with lime, chocolate, pistachios and natural yoghurt on Jame Oliver: Together.

The ingredients are: 50 g shelled unsalted pistachios, 3 green cardamom pods, 500 g frozen mango chunks, 1 sprig of mint, 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt, ½ a lime and 30 g dark chocolate , (70%).
