James Martin rum and banana cake with pecans recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious rum and banana cake with pecans and coconut shaving on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g butter, 200g caster sugar, 200g self-raising flour, 3 eggs, 2 bananas, 100g pecans chopped and 2 tbs rum.

For the icing: 200g butter softened, 400g icing sugar and Splash of rum.

To decorate: 2 bananas sliced, 1 tbs icing sugar, A few pecans and Coconut shavings.
