Rick Stein classic fish pie with peas, boiled eggs and smoked haddock recipe on This Morning

Rick Stein served up a tasty classic creamy fish pie with peas, boiled eggs, cod, prawns and smoked haddock on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 small onion, sliced, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 600ml whole milk, 300ml double cream, 225g undyed smoked haddock fillet, 450g unskinned cod fillet, 150g large, peeled, cooked king prawns, 4 hard-boiled eggs, 100g butter, 45g plain flour, 5 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley, Freshly grated nutmeg, 1.25kg floury potatoes, such as Maris Pipers or King Edwards, peeled, 1 egg yolk, Salt and freshly ground white pepper.
