John Torode one pot chicken and chorizo with oyster mushrooms recipe on This Morning

John Torode served up a tasty Spanish inspired one pot chicken with chorizo, oyster mushrooms and rice dish on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 60ml olive oil , 2 onions, diced , 2 garlic cloves, crushed , 6 boned chicken thighs, each cut into 4 pieces , 200g chorizo, sliced , 1 tsp paprika , 1 long red chilli, chopped , 150g King oyster mushrooms, roughly chopped , 400g good-quality long grain or paella rice , 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes , 100ml white wine , 500ml vegetable stock (made up with 2 vegetable stock cubes) , A good handful of coriander or parsley, chopped , Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
