Clodagh Mckenna salmon with lemongrass, chilli, ginger and bok choy recipe on This Morning

Clodagh Mckenna served up tasty one pot salmon with lemongrass, chilli, ginger and bok choy on This Morning.

The ingredients are: olive oil, 2 shallots, finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced, 2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped , 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped, 1 lime leaf, 1 stalk lemongrass, bashed, 500ml fish or vegetable stock, 2 salmon fillets, skinned, 4 small pak choi , 1 small handful fresh coriander leaves , Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
