Olia Hercules served up delicious Ukrainian steamed buns with berries, brown butter and walnuts on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 200ml full-fat milk, 80g caster sugar, 1 x 7g packet fast action fried yeast, 2 medium free-range eggs, lightly beaten, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 450g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 200g walnuts, toasted, plus handful to decorate (optional), 60g brown sugar, fine semolina, for sprinkling, 250g mixed berries (such as blueberries, blackberries and raspberries), oil, for brushing, 100ml melted unsalted butter and sea salt.
