Simon Rimmer Lamb Chops With Chickpeas And Beetroot recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty lamb chops with chickpeas and beetroot on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 8 lamb chops, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 1 clove of garlic, 50mm of grated ginger, 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 green chilli, 200g of spinach and 150g of cooked, chopped beetroot, 1 tin of chickpeas, 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp of paprika and 75g of thick Greek yoghurt.

To Serve: fresh coriander and lime.
