Rustie Lee served up tasty saucy sticky spare ribs with fried dumplings and coleslaw on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1kg pork spare ribs, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 tbsp freshly grated ginger, 2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped, 3 tbsp clear honey, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 4 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp salt, 150ml vinegar, 600ml water and 1 tbsp cornflour, mixed with 2 tbsp cold water.
