Clodagh Mckenna chicken parmigiana with tomato sauce and spaghetti recipe on This Morning

Clodagh Mckenna served up a tasty chicken parmigiana with a sweet tomato (marinara) sauce and spaghetti in just 20 minutes on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 large, skinless chicken breasts, halved through the middle, 75g breadcrumbs, 100g Parmesan cheese, finely grated, 2 eggs, beaten, 100g flour and 100ml sunflower oil.

For the marinara sauce: 2 tbsps olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 onion, finely chopped , 1 tbsp tomato puree , 2 x tinned cherry tomatoes (800g), 2 tbsps dried oregano, 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes , 2 buffalo mozzarella, torn, 50g Parmesan cheese, finely grated, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve with buttered spaghetti.
