Gok Wan Singapore fried rice with turmeric and curry powder recipe on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian

Gok Wan served up a tasty Singapore fried rice with turmeric and curry powder on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.

The ingredients include: a red bell pepper, red chillies, tender stem broccoli, red onion, frozen garden peas, spring onions, precooked rice, 2 eggs, 1tbsp mild curry powder, 1/2tsp turmeric, 2tbsp vegetable oil, shaohsing rice wine, fish sauce and light soy.

To serve: a fried egg per portion.
