Clodagh Mckenna served up a delicious elderflower lemon drizzle cake with elderflower cordial on This Morning.
The ingredients are; 225g butter, softened, 180g caster sugar, 4 eggs, 80ml elderflower cordial, 275g self-raising flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 lemons, juice and zest.
For the lemon drizzle: 175g icing sugar , Juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp elderflower cordial and Garnish with the zest of one lemon and elderflower florets.
