Prue Leith served up tasty crispy chicken burger with rainbow fries and homemade tomato relish using frozen tomatoes on Cook Clever, Waste Less with Prue and Rupy.
The ingredients include: chicken thighs, cornflakes, flour, eggs, garlic granules, paprika, cayenne pepper, burger buns, lettuce, tomatoes, sugar, white wine vinegar and olive oil.
For the rainbow fries: potato, beetroot and parsnips.
For the relish: frozen tomatoes, olive oil, sugar and white wine vinegar.
