Simon Rimmer lobster with crab mac n cheese recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty lobster with crab mac n cheese on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 40g butter, 50g plain flour, 1 litre milk, 200g aged parmesan, finely grated, 200g Scamorza cheese, shredded, 2 bay leaves, Pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1 tbsp English mustard, 300g cooked lobster meat, 150g fresh white crab meat and 400g cooked macaroni.

For the topping: 100g Red Leicester, grated and 100g Scamorza, grated.
