John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty goat’s cheese creme fraiche and ham tartlets in cheese pastry on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 120g plain flour , 1 tsp salt , Pinch of cayenne, 120g cold butter, cubed , 120g mature cheddar, grated, 2 eggs, 100g smoked ham, shredded, 1 tbsp crème fraîche , Handful parsley, chopped, Salt & pepper and 200g Goats Cheese.
