Lisa Faulkner served up tasty spiced baked eggs (Huevos Rancheros ) with black beans and tortilla wraps on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: Olive oil, 1 onion, chopped, 1 jar of peppers, roughly chopped, 1 green chilli, sliced , 1 clove garlic, grated, 1 tsp smoked paprika + a splash of water, 1 large tbsp chipotle paste, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, plus half a tin of water, 1 tin black beans, drained, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, A pinch of sugar, A pinch of salt and pepper, 4 tortilla wraps, 4 eggs and Sour cream, fresh coriander and grated cheese, to serve.
