James Martin chicken wings with BBQ sauce and a Korean gochujang paste recipe on This Morning

James Martin served up tasty deep fried chicken wings with BBQ sauce and a Korean paste (gochujang) on This Morning.

The ingredients are: Vegetable oil, for frying and 1kg chicken wings.

For the sauce: 250ml ketchup, 150g brown sugar, 1 x 5cm ginger, grated, 4 limes, juice and zest , 150ml soy sauce and 1-2 tbsp gochujang paste.

To garnish: 2 limes, halved, Few sprigs mint, chopped, Few sprigs coriander, chopped.
