Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Timmy The Caterpillar cake on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 3 eggs, 125g of caster sugar, 100g of flour, 25g cocoa powder and icing sugar for dusting.
For the filling: 150g icing sugar, 1 tbsp milk, 75g butter and 30g chocolate spread.
For the Coating: 50g butter, 100 ml double cream and 200g chocolate.
